Secure Document Destruction

If you have a need for some secure documents to be destroyed, our Secure Document Destruction Service could be just what you need! Here are some benefits of our service:

  • Once the material is in our possession it will be kept in a locked, closed body, truck at all times. It will then be hand fed into the shredder.

  • Anyone handling the material will have had a background check done on them.

  • This service is available for you to bring material in, or as a pickup service from us.

  • Since this material is pulverized into building material, it cannot contain any metal bigger than a regular paperclip or a staple.  Please remove: wax-coated paper, foil or foil-coated paper, plastic or plastic-coated paper, carbon paper, photos, blueprints, paper plates, napkins, towels, or Kleenex. Please no garbage, rubber bands or plastic.

  • If you bring in your documents to our location, our charge is $0.15 per pound, with a $10 minimum fee.  If you are interested in our pickup service, please see below.

Pickup Service

Earthworks would provide empty lockable containers, which are on wheels.  Every time we came to pick up your material, we would take the full ones and exchange them for empty containers, which we would lock, if they aren't already.  If this was a one-time only service, we would just load your material into a container, lock it, and haul it away.

When our driver has  finished their route of stops they will return for the material to be pulverized into building materials.
